When you submit an enquiry, Language Lady collects the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected service, and message. Basic technical information may also be recorded to protect the form from abuse and keep the website reliable.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, recommend suitable lessons, prevent spam and fraud, maintain service records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who processes it
Enquiries are processed through our website hosting, email delivery, and secure workflow providers. These currently include Vercel, Resend, and an Atlas Consulting Group managed n8n service. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate and protect the enquiry service.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Access is restricted and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including POPIA, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
